## FAQ

**What is included in the sale?**
Bulk personalized invitations, WhatsApp wedding invitations, and Star Map, City Map and Our Story posters. These are all digital products.

**What is not included?**
Physical invitation printing, shipping, envelopes and printed posters are not discounted. The one-invitation download and the passport suite are also full price.

**When does the sale end?**
December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. If you open a checkout before then, you have up to 2 hours to finish paying at the sale price.

**I already bought something. Does the sale change my order?**
No. Orders keep the price that was paid, and your files and links keep working as before. If you upgrade a one-invitation download during the sale, you pay the difference from the sale price.

**Do I need an account?**
No. You pay with an email address, and your order comes by private link.

**How do refunds work on sale orders?**
The normal refund policy applies, and a refund is for the amount you actually paid. See the refund policy.

**Which currency do I pay in, and is tax added?**
The discount comes off the regular price in your currency: pounds, euros or US dollars. The price at checkout is the total you pay, and we don’t add tax on top at checkout.

**Can I combine the sale with a code or 3 for 2?**
No. Discount codes can’t be used on sale products, and the poster 3 for 2 offer is paused during the sale, because 40% off always costs less than 3 for 2.

**How do I get my digital product?**
Straight after payment: posters and invitations by download, and WhatsApp invitations through your private links. Nothing is posted. Need help? Email support@invitebatch.com.
