## How to make one
1. **Find the place.** Search a city, a street, a venue or a landmark. The map centers on it.
2. **Frame it.** Pick how much to show, from 1 to 60 km, then drag and zoom in the preview.
3. **Add your words.** Title, second line and coordinates. Add a heart in the middle to mark the spot.
4. **Pick the look.** 12 color styles, a circle, heart, arch or full map, and the frame shape.
5. **Download and print.** Pay once and download a 4800-pixel PNG plus print-ready PDFs for every common size.

## Where does the map come from?

From OpenStreetMap, the open map of the world kept up to date by volunteers, served by OpenFreeMap. Roads, rivers, parks and coastlines are drawn in your poster’s colors. Each file carries the small credit line OpenStreetMap asks for.

## City, neighborhood or a single street?

A whole city reads best at 8–20 km. A neighborhood or campus at 1–3 km shows individual streets. Turn on street names for close-up maps; leave them off for a cleaner, graphic look.

**Can I mark a specific spot?**
Yes. Pick a marker (heart, pin, home or star) and drag the map so the spot sits in the middle. You can change the marker’s color too.

**Will small streets be readable when printed?**
Yes at A3 and above. For A4 or 8×10″, show 3 km or more, or turn street names off.

**What do I get when I buy?**
A digital download: a 4800-pixel PNG and a print-ready PDF for every common size (A4 to A1, 50×70 cm, 30×40 cm, 40×50 cm, and 8×10″ up to 24×36″). One design costs $7.99; an “Our story” poster costs $11.99. Buy three designs and the cheapest one is free.

**Do you print and ship the poster?**
Not yet. You get the files instantly and print them anywhere: a local print shop, an online photo lab or a home printer for A4 and 8×10″. Matte paper of 170–250 gsm looks best.

**Is there a watermark?**
Only on the free preview. The files you download after paying have no watermark and no logo.

**Can I see it before paying?**
Yes. The live preview is exactly what you download, and you can save a watermarked preview image for free to show your partner or family.

**What if I am not happy?**
Email us within 7 days with your order number and we refund you in full.
