## Party invitations that feel special

## FAQ

**What file can I upload?**
A PDF, PNG or JPG. PDFs give the sharpest print: from Canva choose Share → Download → PDF Print. If your PDF has two pages, page 1 becomes the front and page 2 the back; with more pages you choose which ones print. We check the resolution, the shape and (for PDFs) the dates before you pay.

**Are envelopes included?**
You choose. 6×4″ and 7×5″ cards come with or without a brown Kraft envelope for each card. Square cards always come with an envelope.

**How much is delivery and how long does it take?**
Cards are printed in 1–3 working days. At checkout you pick the delivery that suits you, from £3.80 for economy post on a small order, £8.55 for a tracked courier or £14.20 for a tracked next-day courier. The price shows before you pay. We deliver to UK addresses.

**What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?**
Send us a photo within 14 days and we reprint the affected cards free, or refund them. Because every order is printed exactly as the design you approve, we can’t refund for typos that were in your file, so our check flags date and template-text mistakes before you pay.

**Can I see a proof first?**
Yes, the live preview is your proof: check the front and back with the trim and safe-area lines. Nothing is printed until you approve it at checkout.
