Do I need Excel or a CSV file?
No. Paste names straight from Excel, Google Sheets, Notes or WhatsApp, one invitation per line. You can also import a .csv or .txt file.
How is this different from Canva bulk create?
No spreadsheet formatting, no connecting data fields, no exporting page by page. You get one PDF per guest, an all-in-one PDF and print sheets in one download, plus a personal invitation link and RSVP tracking for every guest, which Canva does not do.
Do you print and mail the invitations?
No. You print at home or at any print shop (US Letter or A4), or send each guest their personal link. Nothing is shipped.
Can I check the merge before paying?
Yes. The full preview of every card with your names is free (with a watermark). You only pay $49.99 when you download.
Can I fix a name after downloading?
Yes, edits are free for 7 days: fix names, add guests and download again.
