How does InviteBatch work?
Pick a design, type your event details and paste your guest list (from Excel, Google Sheets, Notes or WhatsApp). We put each guest’s name on their own invitation. You get print-ready PDFs plus a personal digital invitation link for every guest, and RSVPs are tracked for you.
Can I print the invitations at home or at a print shop?
Yes. You get one PDF per guest, one combined PDF for print shops, and print sheets with two 5x7 invitations per page on US Letter or A4 paper, with crop marks.
How do my guests RSVP?
Every guest gets a private link with their name on it. Send it by WhatsApp, text or email. Guests reply in a few taps with no app and no account, including meal choice and dietary needs, and you see every answer live in your RSVP dashboard.
Is anything else included?
Yes, the whole suite: RSVP cards with a personal QR code so paper guests can RSVP online, printable A7 envelopes and Avery address labels, and matching thank-you cards personalized for every guest.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
One order covers up to 1,000 invitations for one event, at the same one-time price of $49.99.
What if I spot a typo after paying?
You can edit names, add guests and change event details for free for 7 days after your order, then download again.
