Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of InviteBatch (the "Service"), operated by InviteBatch, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), registered office: [registered office address]. Contact: support@invitebatch.com.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. What we provide

InviteBatch lets you choose an invitation design, add your event details and guest list, and receive:

• print-ready PDF files with each guest's name on their invitation;
• a personal digital invitation page for each guest, with an RSVP form;
• an RSVP dashboard for the person who placed the order.

The preview is free. You pay a one-time fee (currently $49.99) per order. One order covers one event (with up to 3 related events, such as a welcome party and a brunch) and up to 1,000 invitations.

2. Your order and immediate access

Our products are digital content and digital services that are made available immediately after payment. At checkout you ask us to provide them straight away and acknowledge that, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the content is made available. This does not affect our voluntary refund policy or your statutory rights if something is faulty.

3. Free edits

For 7 days after payment you can correct names, add or remove guests and change event details at no extra cost, and download your files again. A different event or a different design for another occasion requires a new order.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the names, text and photos you add. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only add guest details you are allowed to share with us. You keep all rights to your content and give us permission to store and display it only to provide the Service (for example, to show each guest their invitation).

5. Our designs

The designs, fonts and software remain the property of InviteBatch or its licensors. You may print and share the invitations you create for your own personal event. You may not resell the designs, the template files or the generated files as templates, or use the Service to create invitations for resale without our written permission.

6. Private links

Your order page, RSVP dashboard and each guest's invitation page are reached through private links. Anyone with a link can view that page, so share links only with the intended people. We are not responsible for links you share publicly.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend orders that break these rules.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the Service available and your files correct, and we check every design before release. Please review your preview carefully before printing in large quantities; we cannot refund printing costs. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you placed your order (version 2026-10-06) continues to apply to that order.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, US or Canada, you keep any consumer protections that the law of your home country gives you.
