Refund Policy

We want you to love your invitations. If you are not happy, email support@invitebatch.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number, and we will refund you in full. No complicated forms.

How it works

  • Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • When a refund is issued, your download page, RSVP dashboard and guest invitation links stop working.
  • Before asking for a refund, check whether a free edit solves the problem: for 7 days you can fix names, add guests and change details at no cost.

What we can't refund

We can't refund printing costs, so please check your preview carefully before printing in large quantities.

Because our invitations are digital content provided immediately at your request, the statutory 14-day cancellation period does not apply once your files are available (you confirm this at checkout). This refund promise is in addition to your legal rights, which still apply if anything is faulty.
