What does InviteBatch do?
You choose a design, add your event details and paste your guest list. We create one invitation per guest with their name on it, as print-ready PDFs and as a personal digital invitation link with an RSVP form.
How much does it cost?
{{price}} one-time per event, for up to {{guest_limit}} invitations. The preview is free and there is no subscription.
What paper size should I use?
Invitations are 5x7 inches. Print sheets fit two per US Letter or A4 page with crop marks. Use 80–110 lb (216–300 gsm) cardstock for a premium feel.
Do guests need an app or an account to RSVP?
No. Guests open their personal link and reply in a few taps on any phone or computer.
Can I invite some guests to only some events?
Yes. Add up to 3 events and choose which events each invitation includes from your dashboard.
Can I change things after paying?
Yes. For {{edit_days}} days you can fix names, add guests and change details for free.
Is my guest list private?
Yes. Your guest list is only visible through your private links. Guest pages are hidden from search engines and we never use your guests' data for marketing.
What is your refund policy?
