What we ship
We post printed products made from the file you upload, from 1 to 300 copies per order. Options can depend on your choices, so the print page always shows what is available.
- Invitation cards: 6×4″, 7×5″ or 5.8″ square, full colour on one or both sides, on premium matte or gloss card.
- Envelopes: optional brown Kraft envelopes with 6×4″ and 7×5″ cards. Square cards always come with one.
- Posters: A4, A3, A2, 11×17″ and 18×24″, printed on one side on silk paper.
- Guest names: personalised cards are made from a design that already has each guest’s name on it.

We also don’t deliver elsewhere in the world yet, including Australia. If an address isn’t supported, checkout tells you before you pay.
Shipping costs
Delivery is priced by destination, product, quantity and speed. There is no flat worldwide rate. You pick your delivery at checkout, after you enter your address and before you pay.
- UK: from $3.35 by post on a small order, with tracked and next-day courier options.
- Outside the UK: checkout gets a live price from the print lab for your exact order. The price per card can differ a little from the UK price. See example prices by country.
- Currency: usually pounds in the UK, euros in the EU and US dollars in the USA and Canada. You pay in the currency shown on the page.
Production and delivery times
Times are working days and depend on the option you choose. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and checkout shows the estimate for each option.

For a wedding abroad, order at least 2 weeks before you plan to post your invitations.
Tracking and order updates
You don’t need an account. We email you when the order is dispatched, with a tracking link if your delivery option has tracking. Your private order page shows its progress. Some cheaper post options have no tracking, and checkout shows which options do.
Damaged or misprinted? Email support@invitebatch.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We reprint the affected cards free or refund them, and you don’t need to send anything back.
Lost? If tracking shows no delivery 10 working days after dispatch, we reprint or refund. See our refund policy.
Wrong address? Please check it at checkout. If a UK parcel comes back because the address was incomplete, we resend it once for free. For other countries, email us.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United Kingdom
- Printed in the UK. VAT is included in the price and there are no customs charges.
- European Union
- Printed in our partner lab in the Netherlands. EU VAT is included in the price and there are no customs charges.
- Ireland
- Economy and standard delivery are printed in the Netherlands with EU VAT included and no customs charges. For invitation cards, the DPD courier option is sent from the UK with no VAT in the price, so any import VAT or fees are collected on delivery.
- United States
- Invitation cards are printed in the UK and sent by DHL Express: any US import duty or carrier fees are not in our price and are collected on delivery. Posters are printed in a US lab, so there is no import duty.
- Canada
- Printed in the UK. Any Canadian import taxes or fees are not in our price and are collected on delivery.

Printed or digital
Only printed products are posted. Invitation downloads, WhatsApp invitations, RSVP tools and star map and city map posters are digital, so nothing is shipped. To have a poster file printed and posted, upload it to poster printing.
Shipping questions
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, to all 50 states and Washington DC, but not US territories. Invitation cards are printed in the UK and sent by DHL Express. Posters are printed in a US lab. Delivery options take about 2–8 working days after dispatch. Any US import duty or carrier fees on cards are collected on delivery.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Orders are printed in the UK and delivery options take about 3–14 working days after dispatch. Any Canadian import taxes or fees are collected on delivery.
Do you ship to Europe outside the EU?
Not yet, apart from the UK. We deliver to 13 EU countries: Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Portugal. Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU European countries are not available at checkout today.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the destination, the product, the quantity and the delivery option. UK delivery starts from $3.35 by post on a small order. Outside the UK, checkout gets a live price for your exact order. You see every option and the full price before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Printing takes 1–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days in the UK, 2–7 in the EU, 2–8 to the USA and 3–14 to Canada, depending on the option you choose. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Are envelopes included?
6×4″ and 7×5″ cards come with or without a brown Kraft envelope for each card, your choice. Square cards always come with an envelope. Posters do not come with envelopes.
Will I receive tracking?
If your delivery option has tracking, we email the link when the order is dispatched. Some cheaper post options have none, and checkout shows which options are tracked. Your private order page also shows progress.
Are customs fees included?
EU orders printed in the Netherlands include VAT and have no customs charges, and UK prices include VAT. Import charges on orders to the USA and Canada, and on the UK courier option for invitation cards to Ireland, are not in our price and are collected on delivery if they apply.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. There is no account. You give an email and a delivery address at checkout, and your order page comes by private link.
What if my country is missing?
We can’t take the order at checkout yet. Email support@invitebatch.com and tell us where you need delivery, so we know where to add next.
