    Where we deliver

    United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and in the EU: Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Portugal.

    Not yet: Switzerland, Norway, Australia and the rest of the world.

    Where your cards are printed

    EU addresses: printed in our partner lab in the Netherlands. EU VAT is included in the price and there are no customs charges.

    United States: printed in the UK and sent by DHL Express, usually 2–4 working days after dispatch, with tracking. US import duty or carrier fees, if any apply, are collected by DHL on delivery; they are not in our price.

    Canada: printed in the UK. Choose economy post, tracked post or a courier at checkout. Canadian import taxes, if any, are collected on delivery.

    How the price works

    Pick your country in the delivery address at checkout. We ask the print lab for the live cost of your exact order to that country and show every delivery option with its price. You pay in GBP; your bank converts it to dollars or euros.

    The card price can be a little different from the UK price because it comes from the lab that prints your order. Delivery is a flat price per order for couriers, so bigger orders cost less per card to send.

    Timing for a wedding abroad

    Allow 1–3 working days to print plus the delivery time shown at checkout. For the US and Canada, order at least 2 weeks before you plan to post your invitations.

    Printing questions

    What file can I upload?

    A PDF, PNG or JPG. PDFs give the sharpest print: from Canva choose Share → Download → PDF Print. If your PDF has two pages, page 1 becomes the front and page 2 the back; with more pages you choose which ones print. We check the resolution, the shape and (for PDFs) the dates before you pay.

    Are envelopes included?

    You choose. 6×4″ and 7×5″ cards come with or without a brown Kraft envelope for each card. Square cards always come with an envelope.

    How much is delivery and how long does it take?

    Cards are printed in 1–3 working days. At checkout you pick the delivery that suits you, from £3.80 for economy post on a small order, £8.55 for a tracked courier or £14.20 for a tracked next-day courier. The price shows before you pay.

    Do you deliver outside the UK?

    Yes: the United States, Canada and 13 EU countries (Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Portugal). Choose your country at checkout and you see the delivery options and the full price in GBP before you pay. EU orders are printed in the Netherlands with VAT included and no customs. US and Canadian orders are printed in the UK and sent by courier; import charges, if any, are collected on delivery.

    What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?

    Send us a photo within 14 days and we reprint the affected cards free, or refund them. Because every order is printed exactly as the design you approve, we can’t refund for typos that were in your file, so our check flags date and template-text mistakes before you pay.

    Can I see a proof first?

    Yes, the live preview is your proof: check the front and back with the trim and safe-area lines. Nothing is printed until you approve it at checkout.
