How do I make one?

What goes on a boarding pass wedding invitation?

The same things a real ticket has, filled with your wedding details: departure and arrival airport codes, a flight number, the date, a boarding time 30 minutes before the ceremony, a gate and seat, and the passenger line. The main part carries your headline and names; the tear-off stub repeats the flight, date and destination and holds the RSVP QR code.

Ours is 8 × 3.5 inches, so it slides into a standard #10 business envelope or a DL envelope, and into the passport cover of the matching suite.

Boarding pass or passport invitation: which one?

A boarding pass alone is a single flat card: quick to print, cheap to post and ideal as a save the date. The passport is a folded booklet with a data page, an itinerary and stamps; it feels like a keepsake and holds more information for a weekend wedding. Many couples send the boarding pass as the save the date and the passport as the invitation. Both come in the same download.

How big is the boarding pass?

8 × 3.5 inches (about 20 × 9 cm). The RSVP card is 5 × 2.5 inches and the passport cover folds to 5 × 7 inches.

Can I use it as a save the date?

Yes. The suite includes a save the date ticket in the same style, with “formal invitation to follow” on it.

What do I get for the price?

One $9 payment gets the whole matching suite: passport cover, data page invitation, itinerary and stamps page, boarding pass, save the date ticket and RSVP card. You get a print-at-home PDF (US Letter and A4), a print-shop PDF with 1/8″ bleed, and images for WhatsApp, email and Instagram. Print as many copies as you need.

Do I need Canva or a computer?

No. Everything happens in this page, on a phone or a computer. Type your names, date and destination and the rest is filled in for you: airport codes, flight number, boarding time, passport stamps and the route map.

Is there a watermark?

Only on the live preview. The files you download after paying have no watermark and no logo.

Can every guest’s name be printed on their own boarding pass?

The suite has a “Passenger” line for writing names by hand. To print each guest’s name and give everyone their own RSVP QR code, use our personalized invitations plan, which adds names from your guest list in one go.

What if there is a typo after I pay?

Write to us with your order number and we fix it free. Not happy at all? Full refund within 7 days.
