Delivery policy

Digital invitations, posters and passport suites are delivered online straight after payment: there is nothing to post.
This page covers printed invitations, which we post to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much does delivery cost?

The price you see in the order summary is the total you pay, including envelopes and delivery. There are no extra fees at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- Printing (handling): 1–3 working days after you pay. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Signature 7×5″ transit: tracked 24h courier, usually the working day after dispatch (1–2 working days). Priority DPD: next working day after dispatch.
- Square 5.8″ transit: standard post, usually 2–4 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail Signed For: usually 1–2 working days.
- In total, most Signature orders arrive 2–5 working days after ordering.
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, and your private order page shows its progress.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
- Damaged or misprinted: email support@invitebatch.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We reprint the affected cards free, or refund them. You don't need to send anything back.
- Lost: if tracking shows no delivery 10 working days after dispatch, we reprint your order free or refund it in full.
- Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we resend it once for free.
Where do you deliver?
UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We don't ship printed invitations to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or abroad yet.
